The GV-5040CP is equipped with Sony's Global-Shutter CMOS sensor IMX273 from the Pregius series and offers a resolution of 1.58 MPix (1456 x 1088 pixels) at 3.45 µm pixel size. At full resolution, the sensor accelerates up to 78.0 fps and provides excellent image quality even with moving vision systems as well as in low light scenarios.
This makes it ideal for machine vision applications such as surface inspection, detailed image analysis in medical technology or for use in traffic applications.
This camera model will be supported beginning with IDS Vision Firmware 1.5.
