The SBS®XPRO Plug Housing Kit is a sealed connector assembly designed for rugged outdoor applications, featuring a wire-to-wire configuration with 3 power and 8 signal positions. It supports up to 140A current rating with 4 AWG wire, operates from -20°C to 105°C, and is rated IP68 for water resistance up to 30 minutes at 6 feet. The housing includes integrated latches, cable clamps, and signal holder, and meets UL94 V0 flammability rating. The kit is designed for 25 mm² power wire and 0.50 mm² signal wire, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 2,200V AC and touch-safe protection per UL 62368-1 and IEC 60529 (IP2X).
