The SBS®X-75A panel mount plug housing is a sealed connector component designed for power and signal applications in harsh environments. It supports wire sizes from 10 to 4 AWG (2.5 to 25.0 mm²) for power contacts and features a built-in cable clamp providing 60 lb. (267 N) pull-out retention. The housing is rated for IP68 ingress protection, withstanding full water immersion up to 30 minutes at 6 feet when mated. It operates from -20°C to 105°C and supports up to 5,000 mating cycles. The housing includes latches and O-rings for secure, weatherproof connections and is rated to 600 V AC/DC. Compatibility is confirmed for use with panel mount receptacles in panel-to-panel applications, though ingress protection for this specific mating configuration has not been tested.
