The PP120 series Powerpole™ housing in green (1321G4) accommodates wire sizes from 8 AWG to 1/0 AWG (10 mm² to 50 mm²) and supports up to 240 amps with silver-plated copper contacts. It is rated for 600 V AC/DC, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 2,200 V AC and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 105°C. The housing is made of polycarbonate with UL94 V-0 flammability rating and meets IEC 60529 IP20 for touch safety. Mating cycles are rated at 10,000 for silver-plated contacts, and hot plugging is rated up to 60 amps. The housing is stackable and designed for use with Anderson Power® recommended tooling.
