Anderson Power Products 24 – 20 AWG (.50-.25mm²) Flanged Pin Contact 116131P1

The 116131P1 is a flanged pin contact for auxiliary circuits, rated for 20 to 24 AWG (0.50 to 0.25 mm²) wire, designed for use in 6 Pole Mini SPEC Pak® waterproof connectors. It supports up to 10,000 mating cycles and is constructed with copper alloy overlaid with gold over nickel for corrosion resistance and reliable electrical performance. The contact withstands a pullout force of 8 lbs (36 N) when crimped, as specified in crimp documentation 1S6910. It operates within a temperature range of -20°C to 105°C (-4°F to 221°F) and complies with the electrical and environmental performance of the Mini SPEC Pak® series, including IP68 sealing in mated condition. The contact mates with corresponding flanged socket contacts in 6-pole housings rated for 600V and 50A maximum power, with auxiliary circuits supporting up to 2A.
