The KDR-BES-U Brush Strip with Clamp Profile, part number 58210.0495, is designed for use with various enclosure types, including those from Rittal, nVent Hoffman, ELDON, Hv§wa, Schneider Electric, and ETA. This product features a brush height of 35 mm and is suitable for wall thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 2 mm. Constructed from aluminum with polyamide brushes, the strip operates effectively within a temperature range of -20 °C to 90 °C. It is silicone-free and halogen-free, making it suitable for environments where these properties are critical. The innovative clamp profile allows for quick assembly without the need for tools and enables installation at a 90° angle on bent sheet metal. The brush strip can be easily removed and remounted using various mounting options, providing flexibility in installation. It is adaptable to nearly any enclosure or cabinet type and can utilize standard gland plates included with the enclosure delivery. Custom lengths are available, accommodating specific sight sizes of enclosure base openings.

Due to the innovative and universal clamp strip the brush can also be assembled in a 90° angle, e.g. on bent sheet metal. Brush may be removed from the profile at any time and remounted using other mounting options.
The KDR-BES-U brush strip is adaptable to almost any enclosure or panel type on the market. The standard gland plates included in the enclosure delivery can be used for assembly. They do not have to be changed!
