The DB Distribution Box, part number 54302, is designed for the efficient routing of cables with and without connectors, accommodating diameters from 1 to 15 mm. The box is suitable for metric cut-outs ranging from M32 to M75 and is rated IP54, providing protection against dust and water splashes. Constructed from polyamide, the distribution box operates effectively within a temperature range of -40¬8C to 140¬8C. It is vibration-proof, silicone-free, and halogen-free, ensuring durability in demanding environments. The product includes a hexagonal locknut for secure mounting and supports strain relief in accordance with EN 62444 standards. With the capability to route up to 48 cables using multi grommets, it achieves a high cable density. The design also facilitates easy retrofits, repairs, and maintenance, thanks to its screw mount cover and split cable grommets.
With the distribution box, centrally routed cables can be distributed 360° in all desired directions.
Cables (with and without connectors) with a diameter of 1 to 15 mm can be routed, sealed and strain relieved in accordance with EN 62444.
The distribution box is suitable for metric cut-outs M32 - M75 and can be fixed with a locknut, which is included in the delivery.
When using multi grommets, up to 48 cables can be routed and a high cable density is achieved.
Thanks to the screw mount cover and the use of split cable grommets, retrofits, repairs and maintenance can be done much more easily and quickly.
