The KEL-U-B4 is a split multi cable transit frame designed for routing cables with connectors, offering an IP54 and UL Type 12 rating. It accommodates cable diameters ranging from 1 to 35 mm and features a mounting height of 17 mm. The frame is constructed from polyamide material, which is flame-retardant (UL94-V0) and self-extinguishing. It is suitable for operating temperatures between -40 ¬8C and 140 ¬8C and is resistant to vibrations, UV exposure, and corrosion. This product includes a flat rubber gasket and can be mounted using either snap-in or screw-type methods. The KEL-U-B4 frame is compatible with standard industrial connectors, specifically designed to match cut-out dimensions of 46 vó 46 mm. It allows for easy installation, with cable grommets securely fixed during assembly. The option to integrate threaded bushings enhances security by allowing the frame to be mounted from the inside, protecting against tampering. The KEL-U-B4 is available in versions with either steel or stainless steel screws, catering to different installation needs.

The multi cable transit system is easy to install. Cable grommets are placed into compartments and are securely fixed to the frame during assembly.
The KEL-U frames match exactly the cut-out dimensions for 10-, 16- and 24-pin standard industrial connectors. Either a cut-out of 36 mm or 46 mm in height can be chosen depending on the cables being routed. The KEL-U-B frame matches the cut-out dimensions of 46 × 46 mm measuring instruments.
For tool-less assembly / disassembly of the multi cable transit frames the snap mounting frame KEL-SNAP can be used.
The single-row versions KEL-E are particularly suited for flat connectors. The small frames are ideal for applications with limited space.
A flat rubber gasket is included in the shipment.
This product is available in different versions: With steel screws or stainless steel screws. It is also possible to integrate threaded bushings. Please ask us about your desired variant.
The version with threaded bushings enables the cable entry frame to be screwed onto the housing from the inside out. This protects against vandalism and tampering with the housing from the outside.
