The KEL-FG-E3 is a split flange enclosure designed for the 90¬8 feed-in of cables with connectors. It features an IP54 rating, ensuring protection against dust and water spray, and complies with UL Type 12 standards. The enclosure is constructed from polyamide material with a flame class of UL94-V0, making it self-extinguishing. It operates effectively within a temperature range of -40¬8C to 140¬8C and is vibration-proof, silicone-free, and halogen-free. This specific model has a mounting height of 57.5 mm and a cut-out size of 65 vó 24 mm, accommodating a maximum cable diameter of 17 mm. It includes four screw holes with a diameter of 5.5 mm, and is available with either mild steel or stainless steel screws. The design allows for tool-free assembly and disassembly when used with the KEL-SNAP mounting frame. The inclusion of a flat rubber gasket aids in sealing, enhancing the enclosure's protective capabilities. This product is suitable for applications requiring reliable cable management and protection in confined spaces.
The multi cable transit frames KEL-FG are suited for installation, sealing and strain relief of cables with connectors and conduits at an angle of 90° to the panel, enclosure or machine wall.
The KEL-FG-A frame matches exactly the cut-out dimensions for 24-pin standard industrial connectors. For tool-less assembly / disassembly of the KEL-FG-A the snap mounting frame KEL-SNAP 24 can be used. The KEL-FG-B is suited for cut-outs 36 × 46 mm.
The single-row versions KEL-FG-E are particularly suited for flat connectors. The small frames are ideal for applications with limited space.
A flat rubber gasket is included in the shipment.
This product is available in different versions: With steel screws or stainless steel screws. It is also possible to integrate threaded bushings. Please ask us about your desired variant.
The version with threaded bushings enables the cable entry frame to be screwed onto the housing from the inside out. This protects against vandalism and tampering with the housing from the outside.
