The KEL-U | KEL-E Split Multi Cable Transit Frames from icotek Corp. are designed for routing cables with connectors, offering an IP54 and UL Type 12 rating. These frames accommodate cable diameters ranging from 1 to 35 mm and are suitable for both standard industrial connectors and flat connectors. The KEL-U frames are compatible with 10-, 16-, and 24-pin connectors, with options for cut-out heights of 36 mm or 46 mm. The KEL-E versions are particularly suited for applications with limited space.
Installation is straightforward, as cable grommets are securely fixed to the frame during assembly. The product includes a flat rubber gasket and is available with either steel or stainless steel screws. Additionally, threaded bushings can be integrated for enhanced security against tampering. The frames are constructed from polyamide, are vibration resistant, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 140 °C. The product is designed for high cable density and provides strain relief in accordance with EN 62444 standards.

The multi cable transit system is easy to install. Cable grommets are placed into compartments and are securely fixed to the frame during assembly.
The KEL-U frames match exactly the cut-out dimensions for 10-, 16- and 24-pin standard industrial connectors. Either a cut-out of 36 mm or 46 mm in height can be chosen depending on the cables being routed. The KEL-U-B frame matches the cut-out dimensions of 46 × 46 mm measuring instruments.
For tool-less assembly / disassembly of the multi cable transit frames the snap mounting frame KEL-SNAP can be used.
The single-row versions KEL-E are particularly suited for flat connectors. The small frames are ideal for applications with limited space.
A flat rubber gasket is included in the shipment.
This product is available in different versions: With steel screws or stainless steel screws. It is also possible to integrate threaded bushings. Please ask us about your desired variant.
The version with threaded bushings enables the cable entry frame to be screwed onto the housing from the inside out. This protects against vandalism and tampering with the housing from the outside.
