The classic KEL is a centrally split multi cable transit system for routing cables with connectors, providing an IP54 / up to UL Type 12 rating.
The slit KT grommet matching the cable diameter is placed around the cable and inserted into the multi cable transit frame. The split multi cable transit frames KEL match exactly the cut-out dimensions of 10-, 16- and 24-pin standard industrial connectors. Either a cut-out of 36 mm or 46 mm in height can be chosen depending on the cables being routed. The size KEL-B matches the cut-out dimensions of 46 × 46 mm measuring instruments.
Based on the frame sizes KEL 16 and KEL 24, there are also extended versions with additional middle frames available. Thus allowing a quick, easy and cost effective routing solution for up to 120 cables or hoses.
For tool-less assembly / disassembly of the multi cable transit frames the snap mounting frame KEL-SNAP can be used.
A flat rubber gasket is included in the shipment.
This product is available in different versions: With steel screws or stainless steel screws. It is also possible to integrate threaded bushings. Please ask us about your desired variant.
The version with threaded bushings enables the cable entry frame to be screwed onto the housing from the inside out. This protects against vandalism and tampering with the housing from the outside.
