Heat Shrinkable Polyolefin, Semi-Rigid, Heavy-Wall, Adhesive-Lined, 3:1
HW3X is a self-sealing heat-shrinkable tubing that offers greater protection under adverse environmental conditions. Standard product is supplied with sealant which provides waterproofing and protection in underwater or underground conditions. The polymer tubing has excellent insulating, abrasion-resisting, and strain-relief properties. Seals may be made over lead, steel, aluminum, copper and all standard plastic and elastomeric insulating materials. Also available without sealant (uncoated).
Operating Temperature Range: -67°F (-55°C) to 194°F (90°C)
Shrink Ratio: 3 to 1
Shrink Temperature: 250°F (121°C)
Recommended Heat Gun: 500°F (260°C)
