Automatic activation of Fantech's AEV-1000 air exchanger is provided by a wall-mounted humidity regulator, or dehumidistat, that can be installed in any convenient location. Two modes of operation can be selected on the appliance. Simple in its operation, Fantech's AEV-1000 air exchanger works efficiently at renewing indoor air and gets rid of problem-causing excess moisture. Fantech air exchangers never require lubrication and have a 7-year limited warranty. Remaining components have a 5-year limited warranty. 125 CFM.
