These stair treads are a full 1" Thick and 11 1/2" Deep. You choose the Length that is needed for your staircase from the drop down menu below. Then if your staircase is open on one side, or both sides you will need to choose between Left Return, Right Return, or Double Return from the drop down menu below. To determine whether you need a Left or a Right Return, simply stand at the floor level at the bottom of the staircase. Looking up at the staircase, the side that is open will determine which side you will need an attached return.
