The Helukabel® PUR-JZ-HF is a high-flexible control cable designed for use in drag chains. It features bare copper, extra fine wire conductors that are bunch stranded according to DIN VDE standards, ensuring excellent conductivity. The cable is insulated with oil-resistant PVC, providing enhanced sliding capabilities, and is wrapped with fleece for added protection. Its outer jacket is made of special full-polyurethane, which is flame retardant and resistant to UV radiation, ozone, and hydrolysis, making it suitable for outdoor applications. This cable is particularly noted for its high tear and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for demanding environments such as machinery, tool making, and steel industries. It can operate in a temperature range from -58°C to +80°C during flexing and -40°C to +80°C for fixed installations. The nominal voltage rating is 300/500 V, with a breakdown voltage of at least 8000 V. The cable is also conditionally resistant to microbes, adding to its durability in various applications.
