It meets ISO 10993 biological testing standards, making it suitable for assembling single-use medical devices. Offering strong rigidity and transparency, Henkel Loctite 4310 is activated instantly using a UV curing light photo-initiator. This enables fast surface cure in exposed areas. This rapid curing process helps reduce blooming, offering a cleaner finish compared to products using solvent-based accelerators. Loctite Flash Cure 4310 green cyanoacrylate adhesive is compatible with metal, rubber and thermoplastic materials with a 24 hr cure time. Provides a 5 sec fixture time. Delivers great performance with a shear strength of 3190 psi, tensile strength of 7250 psi and peel strength of 17 pli. Minimum to maximum operating temperatures are -65 F to +180 F.
