The contacts are made of phosphor bronze and are plated with a minimum of 0.025 µm gold over 2.03 µm nickel in the contact area, ensuring good conductivity and corrosion resistance. The tails are finished with 2.54 µm tin over 1.27 µm nickel, providing robust soldering characteristics.
