The OxyGold B is an electrochemical oxygen sensor especially designed for applications which contain carbon dioxide like the production of beer, sparkling wine or soft drinks. The sensor is not affected by acidic gases. Apart from the production of sparkling beverages, the OxyGold B can be used in all production processes where carbon dioxide might be an issue for electrochemical sensors.
