The S13360-1325PE is a silicon photomultiplier (MPPC) with a 1.3 mm × 1.3 mm photosensitive area, 25 μm pixel pitch, and 47% fill factor, housed in a glass epoxy package. It operates with a typical breakdown voltage of 53 V at +3 V overvoltage, achieving a gain of 7.0 × 10⁵, and exhibits a maximum dark count of 210 kcps at 25 °C and 90% photon detection efficiency at 400 nm. The device is immune to magnetic fields, operates at room temperature, and supports simple readout circuits. Its surface mount design complies with JEDEC J-STD-020 MSL 5a reflow soldering requirements, with a peak solder temperature of 240 °C. The spectral response ranges from 320 nm to 900 nm, and it is suitable for low-noise applications such as fluorescence measurement, flow cytometry, and laser microscopy.
MPPC for precision measurement, Photosensitive area: 1.3 x 1.3 mm, Pixel pitch: 25 μm
The S13360 series is an MPPC (SiPM) for precision measurement. They inherit the superb low afterpulse characteristics of previous products and further provide lower crosstalk and lower dark count. They are suitable for precision measurement, such as flow cytometry, DNA sequencer, laser microscope, and fluorescence measurement, that require low noise characteristics.
