The R10467U-07 is a hybrid photodetector featuring a multialkali photocathode with a spectral response range from 220 nm to 870 nm. It offers high-speed response with a gain of up to 1500 times and a rise and fall time of 400 ps. The device operates at a photocathode voltage of -8 kV and an avalanche diode reverse bias voltage of +390 V. It is suitable for applications such as laser scanning microscopy, fluorescence correlation spectroscopy, LIDAR, and time-correlated single photon counting. The product is designed for direct connection to compatible HPD power supplies and has a maximum operating temperature of +35 ¬8C. The effective area of the photocathode is 3 mm, and it is housed in a stainless steel case.
