The G12430-016D is a 16-element one-dimensional InGaAs PIN photodiode array in an 18-pin ceramic DIP package, designed for near-infrared spectroscopic analysis. Each photosensitive element measures 0.45 mm × 1 mm with a 0.5 mm pitch. The device operates from -20 °C to +70 °C and has a reverse voltage maximum of 5 V. The spectral response ranges from 0.9 to 1.7 µm, with a peak sensitivity at 1.55 µm and a typical photosensitivity of 0.95 A/W. The dark current at 1 V reverse bias is up to 2500 pA. Terminal capacitance is up to 100 pF at 1 MHz, and the cutoff frequency is up to 30 MHz. The window is made of borosilicate glass with resin sealing and no AR coating. The package dimensions are 52.0 mm in length, 26.7 mm in width, and 5.0 mm in height.
