-Construction of laminated particleboard -OD 64”w x 72”l x 120”h -ID 48”w x 68”l x 80”h -Top blower box to have (1) 5 HP, 460V, 3 phase, 60 HZ, direct drive high pressure motor blower, developing 1800 CFM to 4” SP, vibration isolated -99.99% gasket seal hepa filter mounted in blower box - (40) PVC nozzles on walls & ceiling @ 6000 fpm each -Hinged & gasketed doors for motor & blower -Internally mounted control enclosure, w/microprocessor controller mounted on unit -No floor w/ ceiling mounted sensor for automatic start - (2) 48” x 80” Anodized aluminum frame doors & frames w/ ¼” clear acrylic window, electrically interlocked w/ E-stop -60 FC flush mounted fluorescent lighting -35% disposable prefilters in blower box above the hepa -Unit assembled & tested in the shop prior to shipping
