The VCS05-011-CR-01-MCH voice coil positioning stage uses H2W voice coil motor NCC05-11-011-1X to generate a continuous/peak force of 1.1 lbs [4.9 N]/3.3 lbs [14.7 N] with a total stroke length of 0.50 in [12.1mm]. The 1.0-mocron resolution encoder allows for precise positioning. It comes supplied with a high accuracy crossed roller bearing. The motor coil is the moving part of the assembly in order to reduce the moving mass of the system. Power is supplied to the motor via a high flex, high reliability flat ribbon cable. This voice coil positioning stage also comes supplied with a thru hole, should your application require a hollow actuator.
