This moving magnet actuator (NCM04-35-250-2LVE) comes supplied with an integrated vacuum compatible recirculating ball bushing linear bearing, which has been selected especially for the usage with this actuator. This actuator has been manufactured using low-outgassing materials as selected by NASA in order to make this actuator vacuum compatible.
