This moving coil actuator (NCC05-18-060-2X) comes supplied with an aluminum bobbin in order to prevent eddy currents from being generated in the bobbin, and allow for a minimal resistance to the desired motion. This actuator also comes supplied with a thru hole, should your application require a hollow actuator.
