The range of non-volatile lithium battery backed memory devices have been established over two decades. We offer industry standard JEDEC pinouts for NV RAM in the following configurations: 2k x 8 (16K bit), 8k x 8 (64K bit), 32k x 8 (256K bit), 128k x 8 (1024K bit). All of these devices have a temperature range of -20 to +70 degrees C and are also available in an industrial temperature range.
