GRI Pumps (A Gorman-Rupp Company) Magnetic Drive Circulator Pumps INTG3-566, 567

Description
Designed for the circulation and transfer of fluids, GRI's Integrity Series Magnetic Drive Circulator Pumps offer a flexible and robust pumping solution to OEM fluid circulation applications. By manufacturing the motors and the majority of the pump's components in-house, GRI has the flexibility to precisely configure an Integrity Series pump to meet an OEM's specific flow and pressure requirements. Equipped with an integrated 9 to 24 volt brushless DC variable speed motor, the magnetically coupled centrifugal pumps incorporate the components into a compact, lightweight design, eliminating motor bearings and leaving the impeller assembly as the only moving part. Fewer parts promote long life, quiet operation, and low power consumption. GRI's DC powered variable speed pumps are ideal for a multiple of OEM applications where a small footprint is desired and high performance is expected. Applications and markets include, but are not limited to, chillers, coolers, medical devices, laser systems, alternative power units, hydronic heating and cooling, recreation and public transit vehicles, fuel cells, beverage dispensers, printing and imaging, and others.

The GRI Pumps INTG3-566 and INTG3-567 are magnetic drive circulator pumps designed for fluid circulation in OEM applications. These pumps operate on a supply voltage of 9-24 VDC and feature a brushless DC motor with a maximum power output of 60 watts. The INTG3-566 and INTG3-567 models are equipped with a 3-wire configuration, allowing for variable speed control through a 0-5 volt DC signal. These pumps have a maximum flow rate of 6.70 GPM (25.4 LPM) and can achieve a maximum head of 37 feet (16.0 m) at a pressure of 11.3 PSI (1.10 BAR). They are constructed with materials suitable for various fluids, including a PPS (Ryton¬Æ) body and impeller, and a ceramic pump shaft. The pumps are rated for a maximum fluid temperature of 203¬8F (95¬8C) and a maximum system pressure of 75 PSI. The INTG3 series pumps are lightweight, approximately 0.8 lbs (362.9 grams), and feature multiple port options, including 3/8,Äù MPT. They comply with UL778 and NSF standards for potable water applications and are RoHS and REACH compliant. These features make the INTG3-566 and INTG3-567 suitable for a range of applications, including medical devices, cooling systems, and other OEM uses where compact and efficient fluid transfer is required.
