Moist Cabinet for curing mortar and concrete test specimens has 11ft³ capacity and heated, triple-pane glass door to minimize condensation for observation of specimens. Remote alarms and RS-232 interface for temperature and humidity allow continuous monitoring and data acquisition with user’s PC. An optional factory-installed 7-day chart recorder is available. Temperature range is from 32°-140°F (0°-60°C), settable in 0.2°F (0.1°C) increments. Humidity controls are settable in 1.0% increments and maintain up to 95% humidity.
Positive horizontal airflow insures temperature uniformity to ±0.6°F at 77°-98.6°F (±0.3°C at 25°-37°C). Chamber temperature and humidity are shown on LED displays. Audible and visible alarms indicate temperature and humidity variations beyond setpoints. Three stainless steel shelves with 50lb (23kg) stationary capacity, adjustable on 2in (50mm) centers are included. Up to eleven shelves are accommodated in the 31x27x24in (78.7x68.6x60.9cm) 20-gauge stainless steel chamber. Extra standard shelves or perforated stainless steel shelves are available, inquire. Heat is provided by two 600 Watt wire-wound elements. Cooling is via a 1/4hp, non-CFC compressor. A steam generator provides chamber humidity.
