The MULTI/JOINT(R) 3207 Plus Wide Range end cap is a threaded restraint fitting designed for ductile iron pipes, compatible with various pipe materials and suitable for water and gas applications. It features a ductile iron GGG45 body with RESICOAT(R) epoxy powder coating, a stainless steel A2 (AISI 304) Uni/Fiksers system, and an EPDM gasket rated for 0°C to +50°C. The fitting supports a maximum angular deflection of 8° per socket and is rated for 16 bar water pressure and 8 bar gas pressure. It is supplied with M20 bolts and washers and weighs 27.1 kg. The product includes hygiene protection for DN50 to DN1025 and requires an insert stiffener for plastic pipe installations. The assembly is installed with a 125 mm insertion depth and a 6 mm bolt flange thickness.
