This coating is designed to seal and dramatically reduce the surface temperatures and to resist heat absorption and cracking due to thermal shock. Topcoat® 322 White Elastomeric Coating is an ENERGY STAR®Qualified Reflective Product which will help in reducing interior building temperatures. Formulated to provide a tough, durable weather resistant coating, this flexible fast drying elastomeric coating adheres readily to most roofing substrates and is designed to protect the roof substrate from the damaging effects of the sun’s heat and ultra violet radiation.
