The FTR-G1 series is a compact 1-pole, 25A automotive relay with a 1c contact configuration and silver-tin oxide indium contacts, designed for high-density PCB mounting. It operates at 640mW nominal coil power with a 237mW operate power, supports a 25A/14VDC locked motor load, and switches up to 35A at 16VDC. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C (standard) or +125°C (reflow-capable). Mechanical life exceeds 10 million operations; electrical life is 100,000 cycles at 25A/14VDC. Dimensions are 6.6×13.7×13.5 mm, weight is approx. 3.5g, and it is plastic sealed and RoHS compliant. It meets automotive vibration (4.5G) and shock (18g) standards. Insulation resistance is 100MΩ min. at 500VDC, with 500VAC dielectric strength between coil and contacts.
