The FT600Q-T is a USB 3.0 to FIFO interface bridge chip designed for high-speed data transfer applications. It supports USB 3.0 Super Speed (5Gbps), USB 2.0 High Speed (480Mbps), and USB 2.0 Full Speed (12Mbps) transfer modes. The device features up to 8 configurable endpoints and supports two parallel slave FIFO bus protocols, with the FT600Q offering a 16-bit FIFO interface and a data bursting rate of up to 400MB/s. The FT600Q-T includes a built-in 16kB FIFO data buffer RAM, supports 4 IN channels and 4 OUT channels for FIFO bus connectivity, and is capable of remote wakeup. It operates across multiple voltage I/O levels (1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V) and includes configurable GPIO support, an internal LDO 1.0V regulator, and a power-on-reset circuit. The product is compliant with the USB 3.1 specification and is available in a compact Pb-free QFN-56 package, suitable for industrial applications with an operating temperature range of -40 to 85¬8C.
