The VSO Low Flow is an addition to the current line of VSO valves offering enhanced flow control for applications where control is critical or flow is required below 600 sccm. VSO valves are miniature solenoid operated proportional valves. The VSO controls the flow of gas in proportion to input current. The valves may be driven with DC current or Pulse Width Modulation. Optimal system performance is achieved using closed loop feedback.
Typical applications include medical devices, analytical equipment as well as industrial machines.
