Festo Corporation Push-in fitting QSM-M3-4

The QSM-M3-4 is a mini push-in fitting designed for pneumatic applications. It features a nominal width of 1.1 mm and is suitable for mounting in any position. The fitting operates effectively within a pressure range of -0.095 MPa to 0.6 MPa, or -0.95 bar to 6 bar, and can handle temperature-dependent pressures up to 1.4 MPa. It is compatible with compressed air as per ISO 8573-1:2010 and can operate with oil lubrication. Constructed from nickel-plated steel, the fitting has a low corrosion resistance class (CRC 1) and is RoHS-compliant. The external thread connection is M3, and it accommodates pneumatic tubing with an outside diameter of 4 mm. The product weighs 2.4 g and has a nominal tightening torque of 0.48 Nm, with a tolerance of ¬±55%. The ambient temperature range for operation is between -10 ¬8C and 80 ¬8C. The releasing ring is colored blue, and the materials used include POM for the releasing ring and NBR for the tubing seal.
