EVVO Semi Single Bipolar Transistors TIP32C

The TIP32C is a silicon PNP epitaxial power transistor designed for audio, power linear, and switching applications. It is housed in a TO-220W package with dimensions of 10.0 mm width, 15.3 mm height, and 4.25 mm thickness. It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of -100 V, a continuous collector current of -3 A, and a collector power dissipation of 40 W. The junction-to-case thermal resistance is 3.0 ℃/W. The device meets RoHS standards. Its complementary NPN counterpart is the TIP31C.
