EVVO Semi Single Bipolar Transistors MJ2955

The MJ2955 is a PNP power transistor designed for general-purpose switching and amplifier applications. It is packaged in a TO-3 case and has a continuous collector current rating of -15 A, a collector-emitter voltage rating of -60 V, and a collector power dissipation of 115 W at 25℃. The junction-to-case thermal resistance is 1.52 ℃/W, and the maximum junction temperature is 200℃. The DC current gain ranges from 20 to 70 at a collector current of -4 A, and the collector-emitter saturation voltage is -1.1 V maximum at -4 A collector current and -0.4 A base current. It is complemented by the 2N3055 NPN transistor.
