EVVO Semi Single Bipolar Transistors 2SA1693

The 2SA1693 is a silicon PNP epitaxial planar power transistor paired with the 2SC4466 NPN transistor for high-fidelity audio amplifier output stages. It is packaged in a TO-3PN case and rated for a continuous collector current of 6 A, a collector-emitter voltage of 80 V, and a collector power dissipation of 60 W at Tc=25°C. The transistor has a minimum current gain (hFE) of 50 at Ic=2A and Vce=4V, a collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.5 V at Ic=2A and Ib=-0.2A, and a transition frequency greater than 20 MHz. Operational junction temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C.
