Steel Slotted Grate – coated black – 38″ wide x 24″ long x 1.5″ thick – rated for DIN load class D. This is a good general purpose 38″ wide trench drain grates. It is typically used on an 36″ wide prefabricated trench drain or 36″ wide catch basin. The larger openings plug less often making this grate ideal for the intake of large amounts of water. Typical uses are trench drains in over sand traps, catch basins, industrial and manufacturing facilities, and any other area where a high intake volume is required.
