AXIe is an open system modular instrumentation standard based on AdvancedTCA which delivers high performance instrumentation for various industries such as aerospace, physics, semiconductor test. AXIe leverages existing standards from PXI, LXI and IVI. AXIe is intended to be a next generation architecture for equipment based on VXI.
