Sub-assembled, modular construction, illuminated or non illuminated, momentary and alternate action, round, square and rectangular Push Button Switches and matching Pilot Light Indicators to fit industry standard 16mm diameter cut-outs in panels with a thickness between 0.5 and 5mm. Available in a choice of raised bezel profile which prevents accidental touch or flush mounted versions that enable the Push Button Switch or Pilot Light Indicator to be mounted almost flush with any panel. Quick and easy to assemble, once fully constructed each Push Button Switch or Pilot Light Indicator has a waterproof panel sealing to IP65. The Push Button operators can be fitted to any of the Contact Blocks allowing various combinations of switching and illumination (for Contact and Lamp blocks see stock numbers 745-2427, 745-2423 and 745-2420). Each Contact Block has 2.8x0.5mm universal terminals that allow either direct soldering or plug in receptacles. The Pilot Light Indicators are pre-fitted with a Lamp Block, for illumination use a T1 ¾ (MG5.7s) midget groove filament lamp or LED and then select a suitable a lens. Suitable lenses for use with the ADA16S series of Push Button Switches and Pilot Light Indicators are provided in a choice of colours (blue, green, amber, red, white and black) and shapes (round, square and rectangular). Each lens has a flat profile and is manufactured from Polycarbonate which can be engraved. The two bezel converters (stock numbers 745-2552 square and 745-2559 rectangular) change the square and rectangular Push Button Switches (745-2458, 745-2461, 745-2451, 745-2470) and Pilot Light Indicators (745-2489 and 745-2483) into flush countersunk mounted versions. Each converter is supplied with a fixing bow, gasket and a black plastic flush mounting bezel.
