Inch or Metric Reticle Models Depth Measurements (up to 32mm) Removable Clear Acrylic Base Removable High Intensity Illumination This updated version of the Direct Measuring Microscope proves ideal for critical inspection by featuring a wider field of view and illumination. A linear scale reticle is built into the removable 10X focusing eyepiece. These feature a helical twist focus ring with a scale indicating the current vertical position. This enables depth measurements to an accuracy of 0.1mm over a range of 22mm. This range can be increased to 32mm by removing the base and securing the scope with an independent mount (45mm Dia. at logo). The clear acrylic base has a cutaway section so that the subject can be manipulated while viewing. The pen illumination system provides a high intensity source but is removable (as is its holder) if not needed. Comes with a hard-shell vinyl storage case. Includes two AA batteries and removable eyeguard. Each weighs approximately 306g (~11oz).Dimensions at focus: 63mm (2.5") base Dia. x 172mm (6.75") L.
