Depth Measurements (up to 22mm) Removable Clear Acrylic Base Peaks stand microscopes are high-power instruments for precision measurement. An adjustable eyepiece controls the focus of the reticle while a separate ring controls the orientation of the reticle by rotating it. The objective focus is adjusted with a smooth helical twist ring which features an engraved scale for precise depth measurements. This is ideal for measuring the thickness, height, or depth of subjects up to 11mm with an accuracy of 0.1mm (8mm per rotation). This range can be increased to 22mm by removing the base and holding the scope with an independent mount (29mm Dia. at logo). The clear cutaway acrylic stand base allows for manipulation of the sample while viewing. These include soft rubber eyecup and a hard-shell vinyl storage case. Each weighs: ~83g (~3oz). Dimensions at focus: 41.5mm (1.6") base Dia. x 122mm (4.8") long.Note: Reticle cannot and should not be removed or replaced.
