The ECXV-P series is a family of surface mount voltage-controlled crystal oscillators (VCXO) with LVPECL output, designed for low jitter and low current operation. The part is available in 7.0 x 5.0 mm and 5.0 x 3.2 mm packages, with the ECXV-P27C2N-400.000 variant using the 7.0 x 5.0 mm package. It operates from a 2.5 V supply with a frequency range of 10.000 to 1500.00 MHz. The frequency stability for Option C is ±25 ppm inclusive of all conditions, and the frequency pulling range is ±100 ppm for the 7.0 x 5.0 mm package. Phase jitter is 1.0 ps RMS from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, with a storage temperature of -55°C to +125°C. The device employs a 6-pin SMD package with gold termination and meets a moisture sensitivity level of 1.
