The ECX-P37CM-622.080 is a surface mount LVPECL crystal oscillator with a frequency of 622.080 MHz, operating from a 3.3 V supply. It comes in a 7.0 x 5.0 mm package with an operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C and frequency stability of ±25 ppm. The output has differential LVPECL signaling with a rise and fall time of up to 250 ps, a phase jitter of 1.2 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz, and a start-up time of 10 ms. The enable pin has an internal pull-up resistor when left open. The device meets a moisture sensitivity level of 1 and is ESD rated to 3 kV HBM.
