The ECOC-2522 is a surface-mount CMOS SC-cut OCXO in a 25.4 x 22.0 x 12.2 mm package, designed for Cellular, Radar, Test & Measurement, and IoT applications. It operates with a 3.3 V supply, delivers a frequency stability of ±5.0 ppb over 0 to +50°C, and has a frequency range of 2.000 to 100.000 MHz. Power consumption is 3.6 W at startup and 1.4 W in steady state. Output is CMOS with a 15 pF load, 5 ns rise and fall time, and 45/55% duty cycle. Aging is ±1.0 ppb per day after 30 days and ±100 ppb per year. Phase noise at 10 MHz is -90 dBc/Hz at 1 Hz offset and -150 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz and above. The device is RoHS compliant and meets MSL 1 with gold lead finish.
