ECX-P35CM-11.0592 is a surface mount LVPECL crystal oscillator with a 3.3V supply, 5.0 x 3.2 mm package, and ±25 ppm frequency stability over -40°C to +85°C. It operates from 10.0 to 1500.0 MHz, with a typical input current of 48 mA at 11.0592 MHz. Output symmetry is 48/52%, rise and fall times are up to 250 ps, and phase jitter is 1.0 ps RMS across 12 kHz to 20 MHz. The oscillator features an output enable pin with internal pull-up, 200 ns enable time, and 50 ns disable time. It meets ESD immunity up to 3 kV HBM, has a storage temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, and is moisture sensitive level 1 with gold termination.
