ECX-P33CM-125.000 is a surface mount LVPECL crystal oscillator with a 3.3 V supply, 5.0 × 3.2 mm package, and ±25 ppm frequency stability over the -40 °C to +85 °C operating range. It operates from 10.000 to 1500.0 MHz, with a typical phase jitter of 1.1 ps RMS between 12 kHz and 20 MHz. Supply current is 55 mA at 125 MHz. Output enable/disable function is controlled via pin 1, with a 200 ns enable time and 50 ns disable time. The device meets a moisture sensitivity level of 1 and complies with a human body model ESD rating of 3 kV maximum. Package is ceramic base with gold plating and gold termination.
