The ECX-53B-DU is a surface mount crystal oscillator designed for communication and test equipment, housed in a 5.0 x 3.2 x 0.85 mm ceramic package. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a frequency stability of ±100 ppm across that range and a frequency tolerance of ±30 ppm at +25°C. The shunt capacitance is 5 pF, with load capacitance specified in the part number and drive level limited to 300 μW.
