The ECX-P series is a family of LVPECL crystal-controlled surface mount oscillators with a frequency range of 10.000 to 1500.0 MHz. The ECX-P2 variant operates at 2.5 V with a supply voltage range of 2.375 to 2.625 V, and the ECX-P3 variant at 3.3 V with a range of 3.135 to 3.465 V. The ECX-P27CM-622.080 is in a 7.0 x 5.0 mm package with a frequency stability of ±25 ppm and an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. Output rise and fall times are 150 to 250 ps, phase jitter is 1.2 ps RMS over 12 kHz to 20 MHz, and input current is 65 mA at 622.080 MHz. The device has an enable pin with internal pull-up and a start-up time of 10 ms. Moisture sensitivity level is 1, termination is gold, and ESD tolerance is 3 kV HBM.
