The ECOC-2522 is a surface mount OCXO with a 25.4 x 22.0 x 12.2 mm SMD package, designed for cellular, radar, test & measurement, and IoT applications. It operates with a CMOS output, supports supply voltages of 3.3 V or 5.0 V, and offers frequency stability options of ±5 ppb (0 to +50°C), ±10 ppb (-20 to +70°C), or ±30 ppb (-40 to +75°C). The unit has a frequency range of 2.000 to 100.000 MHz, consumes 1.4 W in steady state, and provides aging performance of ±1.0 ppb per day after 30 days and ±100 ppb annually. The oscillator meets RoHS compliance and operates within a -40 to +100°C storage range. All variants share the same package, mounting, and core electrical characteristics.
